Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, farms, commercial and multi-family homes within the cities of Quincy, Camp Point, Fowler, Payson, Plainville, Mt. Sterling, Liberty, Golden, Mendon, Ursa, Lima and Clayton. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgage, loan, title insurance, building code, and inspection services. I am also very knowledgeable about the local area. I also help my clients find the best financing that will fit their particular needs.
Personal
I am a Quincy native having been born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. I attended Gem City Business College and John Wood College. I have three wonderful children. My oldest son is a CPA in St. Louis, my daughter recently graduated from Quincy University and just got married, and my youngest son is serving in the Air Force stationed in Japan.
I started selling real estate in 1995 and have received numerous real estate awards.
I have been described as an active and determined individual, so when I put my mind to something, I always get it done.
